TEACHER FOR A NEW GENERATION OF CHILDREN
It is not a secret that modern children are those of a new consciousness. They shred the authoritarian style pedagogy that fails to recognise the occurrence of new mentality. Children of light need teachers of light. Humane pedagogy allows teachers to see a spark of their true calling, creating a spiritual community with children and leading them forward.

Paata Amonashvili: Humane pedagogy in preschool education
In preschool childhood, a major task of an adult, a teacher is to create a spiritual community with a child based on the psychology of consent. What is this psychology about? The psychology of consent takes into account three most important factors of a child’s life: their non-accidental appearance here (a child is a phenomenon), their special mission and energy, granted for its realisation. A teacher with a humane-personal worldview has a unique opportunity work with children on building upcoming future.
